The new website, www.HyMarksSings.com can now be seen by the public and the media which includes the mind-boggling video of Hy Marks singing. The website was created in the hope that the public, after viewing the video, will sign the petition to put Mr. Marks back on The X Factor; also that the public and media will agree that that there is no better 86-year-old singer with a better stage presence in America than Hy Marks; and finally that at 86 Mr. Marks would be a perfect fit among the remaining X Factor finalists, only three of whom are over 30, with none being anywhere close in age to Hy Marks, who at 86 exemplifies everything in Simon Cowell's vision of The X Factor.

When Simon Cowell left American Idol to create The X Factor, his stated purpose was to get rid of the age limit on America Idol to allow singers over 30 to show off their talents. Yet after only one episode of elimination, there are only three contestants left who are over 30, as mentioned above.
The website also makes the point that putting Hy Marks back onto The X Factor would be a great move for the show since Mr. Marks would bring in a larger audience of over-30 viewers, including many senior citizen viewers The X Factor presently does not have; and would also be loved by X Factor fans of all ages.
