Will Ferrell reprised his acclaimed impersonation of President George W. Bush on Samantha Bee's NOT THE WHITE HOUSE CORRESPONDENTS' DINNER, which aired over the weekend. The comic originally took on the Commander-in-Chief in his heralded one-man Broadway show YOU'RE WELCOME AMERICA. A FINAL NIGHT WITH GEORGE W. BUSH. Check out the appearance below!

In the Broadway show, which was later aired on HBO, Ferrell inhabited one of his favorite political characters from Saturday Night Live, President George W. Bush, providing insights into Bush's Texas/Connecticut childhood, his academic and social career at Yale, his stint as a major-league-baseball co-owner, his emergence as a political figure and governor, and his cherished if checkered tenure in and (frequently) out of the White House.

You're Welcome America. A Final Night with George W Bush, broke records even in its first month of performances. The show smashed a Cort Theatre house record - taking in $871,127 for the week ending on February 22nd, 2009. This broke the house record set during the previous week, with an increase of almost $25,000. You're Welcome America... concluded its Broadway run on SUNDAY, MARCH 15th, playing 18 previews and 46 regular performances. The hit comedy recouped its original investment of $2.09 million.
