VIDEO: Sneak Peek - Teri Hatcher Guests on Season Finale of SUPERGIRL

On the Season Finale of SUPERGIRL titled "Nevertheless, She Persisted", SUPERGIRL (Melissa Benoist) challenges Rhea (guest star Teri Hatcher) to battle to save National City. Meanwhile, Superman (guest star Tyler Hoechlin) returns and Cat Grant (guest star Calista Flockhart) offers SUPERGIRL some sage advice. Glen Winter directed the episode with story by Andrew Kreisberg and Jessica Queller and teleplay by Robert Rovner and Caitlin Parrish. The episode airs Monday, May 22nd on The CW. Melissa Benoist leads the cast of SUPERGIRL as the title character alongside Mehcad Brooks as James Olsen, Laura Benanti as Alura Zor-El, Calista Flockhart as Cat Grant, Chyler Leigh as Alexandra "Alex" Danvers, Jeremy Jordan as Winslow "Winn" Schott, Jenna Dewan Tatum as Lucy Lane (sister of Lois), David Harewood as Hank Henshaw, Peter Facinelli as Maxwell Lord, with Dean Cain and Helen Slater.

SUPERGIRL is based on the DC character Kara Zor-El, Superman's cousin, who after 12 years of keeping her powers a secret on Earth, decides to finally embrace her superhuman abilities and be the hero she was always meant to be. Kara lives in National City assisting media mogul Cat Grant. However, Kara's days of keeping her talents a secret are over when Hank Henshaw, head of a super-secret agency, enlists her to help protect the citizens of National City from sinister threats.
