An explosive new report claims "19 Kids and Counting" star allegedly Josh Duggar confessed to molesting his sisters and a family friend --telling his father Jim Bob three separate times-- but the family apparently still waited 16-months to alert authorities.

The hosts of CBS's THE TALK, along with guest co-host Melissa Rivers and journalist Piers Morgan weigh in. Said Sara Gilbert, "As soon as there is a second victim and certainly a third victim and you've done nothing, you are an accessory to the crime."

CBS's Daytime Emmy Award-nominated talk show THE TALK features a panel of well-known news and entertainment personalities discussing current events, pop culture, contemporary issues, family, celebrity and the trending topics of the day. The daily one-hour series is hosted by Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Sheryl Underwood and Aisha Tyler.

The hosts swap stories, challenge each other on issues and engage the studio audience and viewers at home about events in the headlines and their own homes. Show segments include guest interviews with entertainers and newsmakers, musical performances, cooking demos with celebrity chefs as well as real-world advice and tips from leading experts in fitness, diet, health, home, relationships, finance and fashion. The show was developed by Gilbert, who also serves as executive producer.
