The film was directed by Vince Marcello from a screenplay by Vince Marcello, Jay Arnold. Vince Marcello, Michele Weisler, Andrew Cole-Bulgin, and Edward Glauser produced the film and Komixx Entertainment Inc. is the production company.

The Kissing Booth 2 is currently in production and will be released on Netflix.
