Episode 8 of the quirky musical web-series "City of Dreams" was released today, Tuesday, September 3rd. Check it out below!
The series is created, written, and produced by Jee Young Han, Jonathan Lee, and Justin Anthony Long and follows three down-on-their-luck musical theatre kids who lie to all their friends about being in a huge new Broadway musical.
So far, the series has had special guest appearances by Broadway stars Laura Osnes (Cinderella), Jon Fletcher (Giant, Bonnie & Clyde), Andrew Kober(Hair), and Rachel Potter (Evita, The Addams Family), Sarah Stiles (Into the Woods, Avenue Q), Tommy McDowell (American Idiot tour), Enrico Rodriguez (Mamma Mia, Zanna Don't), Tim Dolan (Altar Boyz).
It is also confirmed that Tony Award Winner, Billy Porter (Kinky Boots), Kelvin Moon Loh (Here Lies Love, American Idiot), Christopher deProphetis (South Pacific), Mike Liscio (Avenue Q), Marla Mindelle (Cinderella, Sister Act), Santino Fontana (Cinderella), Paolo Montalban (Breakfast at Tiffany's), Olivia Oguma (Emotional Creature, Mamma Mia), Marissa McGowan (Bonnie & Clyde), LaVon Fisher-Wilson (Newsies) and Joe Conti (Bear City 1 & 2) will appear in upcoming episodes.
