NBC's three-hour live special last night featured past and present cast members, as well as special and musical guests from the show's incredible five-decade run. The roster included Eddie Murphy, Billy Crystal, Will Ferrell, Adam Sandler, Kristen Wiig, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Jimmy Fallon, Martin Short and Seth Meyers.
SNL remains one of the highest-rated comedies on television. Myers and Carvey's SNL sketch, which first began airing in 1988, has since spawned two films.
