On this week's THE TALK, host Aisha Tyler asked guests Little Big Town if they had any pre-show rituals, but never expected what they said next! "We laugh and we have a little bit of liquid courage...we'll all put our hands together say a little prayer and then say 1,2,3 break - when we break we blurt out our favorite Ron Burgundy "Anchorman" line!

Later, the band  discusses their hit song “Girl Crush” and their recent performance on the GRAMMYS. Singer Karen Fairchild reflects, “you want to share this beautiful song… it was such a gift to us. I have to say it was a real career high.” Kimberly Schlapman also recalls when they first heard the song while working with the songwriters, “when it gives it away what the song is really about, it just took my breath... We were like, ‘you can’t give to anybody else. Don’t play it for this person or this person’…”

The group, with additional members Phillip Sweet and Jimi Westbrook, also agrees to perform an impromptu short acapella version of the song.

CBS’s Daytime Emmy Award-nominated talk show THE TALK features a panel of well-known news and entertainment personalities discussing current events, pop culture, contemporary issues, family, celebrity and the trending topics of the day. The daily one-hour series is hosted by Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Aisha Tyler and Sheryl Underwood.
