VIDEO: Kelly Osbourne Talks 'Project Runway Junior' & More on THE TALK

On CBS's THE TALK, TV personality and designer Kelly Osbourne discussed being a judge on the new show, "Project Runway: Junior". Says Osbourne, "It's one of the most important, beautiful experiences I've ever had in fashion on TV. There's no negativity. They're so hungry to learn and to get better. And to be honest with you, and no disrespect to anybody who's ever been on "Project Runway"….but a lot of them are better…It makes me feel like the world still has good people in it that want work hard from something."

Later, Osbourne gushed over brother Jack's daughters, Pearl and Andy. Osbourne says,"It's so hard not to spoil them. At first, I had all of these rules, by Jack, when it was just Pearl. Now he's like: 'get them whatever you want.'"

She also reveals the creative gift she gave Jack for his 30th birthday, "I contacted somebody that is a Navy Seal and, you have to be in the Army to do this, but because of my brother's MS and all of that, they bypassed it and made him a temporary private so that he can go on a Navy Seal course for two weeks…so he can learn all of these tactics."
