Jennifer Aniston says her mother was very critical of her. On CBS's THE TALK, he ladies and guest co-host Kelly Osbourne discuss if being critical is part of being a mom. 

Sharon Osbourne's daughter Kelly says, "I have something in common with Jennifer Aniston…However, it is a mother's job to do that…This one (pointing to Sharon) never forgets and will pull it out of her pocket years later…but it's a parents job to do that." Watch the appearance below!
