VIDEO: Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor Has 'An Emotional Core' in BATMAN V SUPERMAN

Off-Broadway playwright (THE SPOILS) and actor Jesse Eisenberg will soon appear in BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE as 'Lex Luthor'. Click below to hear how his interpretation of the role will be brand new!

Eisenberg tells MTV his take has "has an emotional core to the character. It's not [some] silly, villainous character," especially compared to Gene Hackman's portrayal in 1978's SUPERMAN.

The highly anticipated film stars Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Amy Adams, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons, Holly Hunter, Callan Mulvey, Tao Okamoto, Ray Fisher, and Scoot McNairy. The DC Comics film will unite the Man of Steel and the Dark Knight for the first time on the big screen.

Directed by Snyder from a script by Chris Terrio, BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE will hit theaters on March 25, 2016.
