Below, watch the first official trailer for GODS OF EGYPT, starring Gerard Butler, Geoffrey Rush, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Brenton Thwaites. The film is set to hit theaters on February 12, 2015.
Directed by Alex Proyas, the story follows the god Set (Butler) who kills another god Osiris. Osiris' son Horus (Coster-Waldau) then attempts revenge but fails, losing an eye in the process.
In the end, a mortal thief will help destroy Horus. Rush will play Ra, the sun god and father of Set and Osiris.
