VERONICA MARS Tops Winners of mtvU Fandom Awards

VERONICA MARS took home the top prize at the mtvU Fandom Awards last night, which took place at San Diego Comic-Con.
Other winners at the mtvU Fandom Awards included "Hannibal," for "Breakout Fandom of the Year," "Harry Potter" for the Tumblr-exclusive "Best Fandom Forever" category, and the Purple Wedding from "Game of Thrones" as the OMG Moment of the Year. Here's the full list of winners: Fandom of the Year: "Veronica Mars" OMG Moment of the Year: "Game of Thrones" - Purple Wedding Ship of the Year: Damon/Elena ("The Vampire Diaries") Breakout Fandom of the Year: "Hannibal" Best Fandom Forever (BFF) presented with Tumblr: "Harry Potter" Fandom Feat of the Year: "Teen Wolf" - fans raised funds to build a wolf sanctuary Visionary Award: John Green About mtvU Fandom Awards: The mtvU Fandom Awards honor diehard fangirls and fanboys as well as their favorite shows and movies in a 60-minute special worthy of big-time feels.
