TMZ reports that Dustin Diamond was sentenced by a Wisconsin judge to 120 days in jail, to be served in two 60 day stints, for a bar stabbing incident.

In addition, the SAVED BY THE BELL actor got 15 months probation, and cannot return to the scene of the crime or contact the victim. The site reports that he was also ordered to pay the victim $1,105 in restitution.

Diamond was arrested following a Christmas night incident in which he stabbed a man during a bar altercation. He was later convicted of carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct, both considered misdemeanors.

The actor has appeared off-Broadway in the off-Broadway SAVED BY THE BELL parody show BAYSIDE! THE MUSICAL.
