'Twilight' Star Christopher Heyerdahl to Join Cast of HBO's TRUE BLOOD

As first reported on Deadline.com, 'Twilight' star Christopher Heyerdahl will be joining the cast of the HBO series TRUE BLOOD in a recurring role. 

Heyerdahl, who portrays vampire Marcus in the Twilight movie franchise, will once again take on the role of a vampire, Dieter Braun, a powerful figure who has an important role in the 'Authority' and enjoys putting victims through interrogations. The actor has also portrayed a demon on the CW series 'Supernatural'.

Heyerdahl can currently be seen on the AMC drama 'Hell On Wheels' where he plays a Norwegian bad guy who is referred to as 'The Swede'. The network has recently announced the series will be returning for a second season later this year.
