CBS Interactive Music Group's award-winning concert webcast series, LIVE ON LETTERMAN, presented by AT&T, will showcase GRAMMY® Award-winning San Francisco rock band Train in a live webcast concert from the world-famous Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City, available on CBS.com and VEVO, Monday, August 20 (8:00 PM, ET/5:00 PM, PT).

Train will play songs from their catalog of albums including their latest effort, California 37, which was released earlier this year. The LIVE ON LETTERMAN franchise, which has surpassed 120 million views to date on CBS.com and VEVO, has hosted some of the most established bands and musicians across the globe in an intimate and dynamic setting for worldwide followers to enjoy.

Fans can watch Train's webcast live or on-demand at http://www.cbs.com/late_night/liveonletterman/. Additionally, the show is available live and on-demand through CBS properties, broadcast on select CBS RADIO stations, viewable live on CBS's JumboTron in Times Square, as well as via a live audio stream on Radio.com s mobile applications. The webcasts are also offered on VEVO, the world's leading all-premium music video and entertainment platform, with on-demand performances available across the entire VEVO platform, including VEVO.com, mobile and connected devices and syndication partners.

Train is Pat Monahan (vocals), Jimmy Stafford (guitar) and Scott Underwood (drums). The multi-platinum band made its mark on music history with the GRAMMY Award-winning song "Drops of Jupiter (Tell Me)," from their second album of the same name, as well as chart-topping singles like "Meet Virginia" and "Calling All Angels." Train earned their third GRAMMY in 2011 for the worldwide smash "Hey, Soul Sister" from Save Me, San Francisco. The top-selling single of 2010, "Hey, Soul Sister," hit #1 on radio in the U.S. and in 15 countries abroad, while Save Me, San Francisco has sold more than one million albums worldwide and more than 10 million tracks. The band released California 37 in April 2012, featuring the lead single "Drive By," and is on tour in the U.S. through September to support the album.

Train's LIVE ON LETTERMAN webcast will follow the taping of their performance on the LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN, which will be broadcast the same night, Monday, August 20 (11:35 PM-12:37 AM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
