The '90s were back and bigger than ever on this morning's TODAY. The TODAY team dressed up as some of the decade's most iconic figures for Halloween 2016. Jerry Seinfeld (Matt Lauer), Demi Moore (Savannah Guthrie), Steve Urkel (Al Roker) and more visited the TODAY Plaza.

Carson Daly returned to his MTV roots and took a turn at the monitor, "Total Request Live"-style. Tamron Hall and Willie Geist brought back big-screen fun with their take on Mia Wallace and Vincent Vega's epic dance from "Pulp Fiction."

Al Roker's high-water jeans, suspenders and bold frames made him unmistakable as '90s-sitcom nerd Steve Urkel. Carson had a sequel to his pre-taped "TRL" costume. He was back on the plaza (and on a motorcycle!) as the Terminator.

Savannah Guthrie looked picture perfect channeling the revealing and icoNic Vanity Fair cover that had everyone buzzing about Demi Moore back in 1991. Matt, in his puffy shirt, wasn't alone for his "Seinfeld" tribute. Former TODAY anchor Bryant Gumbel showed up to reprise his own role from that unfashionable episode.

Another great '90s pair showed up for the festivities - "Regis and Kathie Lee," as played by Kathie Lee Gifford (Regis) and Hoda Kotb (KLG). Jenna Bush Hager took a turn on the dance floor...as her grandmother, Barbara Bush!
