TBS Airs 'My Boys' Marathon Beginning 7/24

As fans of TBS's acclaimed series MY BOYS eagerly await the launch of the fourth season, TBS is offering new and returning viewers a chance to catch up on what happened during the third season. The day before the new season begins, TBS will present a three-hour marathon of the best episodes from last season. The MY BOYS marathon kicks off Saturday, July 24, at 12:30 p.m. (ET/PT). The fourth season of the series launches Sunday, July 25, with two back-to-back episodes at 10 p.m. (ET/PT).

MY BOYS is a fresh and wry comedy that follows the lives of a Chicago sportswriter and her circle of mostly guy friends. Jordana Spiro (JAG, Must Love Dogs) stars, along with Kyle Howard (Related, Orange County), Reid Scott (American Dreams), Michael Bunin (Scrubs), Jamie Kaler (The Family Stone) and Kellee Stewart (Guess Who?) During the fourth season PJ (Spiro) and her boyfriend, Bobby (Howard), get some sobering news about the true financial state of Bobby's family. In addition, the poor economy is putting a dent in Kenny's (Bunin) business, prompting Mike (Kaler) to consider other career opportunities. And as Stephanie (Stewart) prepares to start work on a second book, her first draws the attention of a Hollywood producer.

The following is a complete rundown of TBS's MY BOYS marathon of the best episodes of season three:

Saturday, July 24

12:30 p.m. "Welcome Back Kalla Fotter" - Bobby experiences cold feet on his wedding day, while PJ is caught in a difficult situation between Bobby and his brother, Jack (guest star Billy Burke). PJ then starts feeling worried that she may be standing in the way of Bobby's happiness. Meanwhile, Mike, Kenny and Brendan decide to have a moustache-growing contest. And Andy and his wife have their new baby.

1 p.m. "Private Eyes" - PJ starts dating someone but keeping it a secret from their friends proves to be incredibly difficult. Brendan is taking on more responsibility than he anticipated when it comes to opening a new nightclub. And Mike finds some good reasons to keep his moustache, even after the guys' contest is over.

1:30 p.m. "Decathlon: Part Deux" - The gang's annual board game decathlon is coming up, and Bobby accuses PJ of being overly competitive. Stephanie decides to use the guys as research for a new magazine article she's writing about what guys are really like when women aren't around. Her observations don't exactly provide the results she was expecting.

2 p.m. "Madder of Degrees" - A sudden warm spell in the middle of winter has everyone catching spring fever. For PJ and Bobby, a picnic in the park turns into an important life decision. Kenny jumps head first into a new relationship. Mike buys a jeep and a dog in a vain attempt to channel Matthew McConaughy. And Andy tries to enjoy a week without Meredith and the kids.

2:30 p.m. "Facebook the Past" - Bobby just doesn't get the appeal of Facebook. When he finally joins, he discovers more about PJ than he wanted to know. Meanwhile, Brendan and Mike wager which one can learn more about an incredibly attractive music scout, with Mike using Facebook and other modern technology and Brendan using more traditional techniques.

3 p.m. "Spring Training" - PJ and the gang head to Arizona so that PJ and Bobby can cover spring training, Stephanie can hit the spa, Kenny and Mike can get memorabilia signed and Brendan can hang out like it's spring break. Things go awry, however, when PJ gets writer's block, Brendan attracts the attention of Cubs player Mike Fontenot's girlfriend, and everyone keeps getting calls from a very lonely Andy still back in Chicago. Meanwhile, a surprising secret about Stephanie comes to light.

MY BOYS premiered on TBS in November 2006, quickly scoring high ratings and critical acclaim. It ended the year as ad-supported cable's #1 original sitcom among key adult demos, households and viewers. Last year, the show's third season averaged 1.5 million viewers and 1.1 adults 18-49. The season's average delivery of adults 18-34 (784,000) marked an 11% increase over the prior season.
