Elisabeth Rohm, Robert Englund and Yancy Butler star in the telefilm, in which Englund plays Jim Bickerman, a poacher looking to score a big break on hides and eggs from the rare crocs. Rohm then plays the latest Sheriff tasked with stopping the ensuing rampage.

The channel's previous efforts - "Lake Placid 2" (April 2007) and "Lake Placid 3" (October 2010) - are two of its most-watched Saturday movies, each delivering 3.12 and 3.00 million viewers, respectively.
