Yesterday, the Starz network announced the cancellation of the drama series BOSS, starring Kelsey Grammer. "We remain proud of this award-winning show, its exceptional cast and writers, and are grateful to Kelsey Grammer, Farhad Safinia and our partners at Lionsgate TV," the network said in a statement.

Deadline now reports that discussusions are underway between Starz and Lionsgate TV about a possible two-hour TV movie that would tie up the loose ends of the storyline. The show averaged 937,000 for multiple airings of its episodes in the second season, which was a decline from season one. Season 2 ended its run of 18 episodes on October 19th.
