The 20 top paid TV actresses and reality stars of 2013 earned a combined total of $183 million over the past year, according to Forbes.com. The figure includes on-camera pay, behind-the-scenes work and endorsement deals.

For the second year in a row, Modern Family's Sofia Vergara is the top-earning actress on television according to the rankings of the 14th annual Celebrity 100. Vergara's earnings over the past year reached an impressive $30 million, making her the current highest-paid actress on prime time.

The Emmy winner has a host of endorsement deals including Diet Pepsi, Covergirl, Rooms To Go and thyroid medicine Synthroid. This year, she added to her list of lucrative deals with Spanish-language commercials for laundry detergent, Comcast CMCSA +0.75% and State Farm insurance.

Others on the list include Tina Fey, Bethenny Frankel, Melissa McCarthy, Ellen Pompeo and the Kardashian sisters, Kourtney, Kim and Khloé, How I Met Your Mother's Cobie Smulders and Alyson Hannigan, Amy Poehler, Zooey Deschanel, Courteney Cox and Kerry Washington.

The Forbes Celebrity 100 list looks at the earnings of American celebrities during a specific time period, June 2012 through June 2013, and counts cash only for projects completed and contracts made good on during that time.
