Sharon Osbourne is denying reports that she will be leaving her judging post on NBC's AMERICA'S GOT TALENT. Last week, fellow judge Howard Stern hinted on his radio show that there may be an upcoming "shake-up" on the show's judging panel. In response, Osbourne tweeted, "My darling @HowardStern, money is not the reason I'm not returning to @nbcagt, it's because..."

However, in a recent interview with E! News, Stern and co-judge Howie Mandel asked Osbourne directly whether she would be returning to the hit talent competition. "I would never leave you," Osbourne jokingly told Stern. "That's why we're going to CBS to have a late-night talkshow together."

RepliEd Stern, "You're going to stay with AGT. I'm going to American Idol with Mariah Carey."

Osbourne joined the judging team of America's Got Talent judge for the second season in 2007.
