On the season premiere of NBC's UP ALL NIGHT titled, FRIENDSHIPS & PARTNERSHIPS, Reagan (Christina Applegate) and Ava's (Maya Rudolph) friendship is tested following the news of the show's cancellation. Meanwhile, Reagan hires her brother Scott (Luka Jones) to help remodel their bathroom, and Chris (Will Arnett) decides to re-enter the working world. Get a sneak peek below!

"Up All Night," created by Emily Spivey (NBC's "Parks and Recreation" and "Saturday Night Live") and executive produced by Lorne Michaels (NBC's "Saturday Night Live" and "30 Rock") is an irreverent look at modern parenthood through the eyes of a career-minded, Generation X couple who enjoyed a very extended adolescence.

Christina Applegate ("Samantha Who?") stars as Reagan Brinkley, a former TV producer who is still adjusting to motherhood. Having successfully balanced her roles as career woman, loving wife and new mom, Reagan decides to take a break from working to be the stay-at-home parent as her husband, Chris (Will Arnett, "Arrested Development"), begins his new business venture. In addition to this restructuring, Reagan must also tend to the needs of her best friend, Ava (Maya Rudolph, "Saturday Night Live," "Bridesmaids"), who is coping with the recent cancellation of her talk show. As if this weren't enough, Chris enlists Reagan's brother, Scott (Luka Jones, NBC's "Best Friends Forever"), to lend his expertise in starting a contracting firm, adding another cook to this already crazy kitchen.

"Up All Night" is from Universal Television in association with Broadway Video. Along with Michaels and Spivey, Tucker Cawley ("Everybody Loves Raymond," "Men of a Certain Age"), DJ Nash ("Bent," "Traffic Light") and Erin David ("Saturday Night Live") serve as executive producers. Christina Applegate, Eric Kranzler and Andrew Singer are producers.
