The project follows "a former tennis doubles champion "Big Ben" Bertrahm (Lowe) whose career flame-out and misguided investments have left him working as the pro at a tennis and golf club", and who is reunited with his former partner Bobby Welch (Riggle) after a public argument destroyed both their careers.

Lowe will also executive produce the pilot, with FRASIER's Pete Huyck and Alex Gregory set as showrunners and writers. Todd Holland will direct.

Lowe will leave NBC's long-running comedy PARKS AND REC alongside Rashida Jones after the 13th episode of the current season. Best known as a teen heartthrob and member of the infamous '80s "Brat Pack," the multi-faceted Lowe has starred on television in Parks & Recreation, Brothers & Sisters and Dr. Vegas. The four-time Golden Globe nominee received rave reviews for his work on the acclaimed drama series The West Wing, a role that earned him two SAG Awards and an Emmy nomination.

Riggle's upcoming big screen projects include 22 Jump Street, Let's Be Cops, Dumb and Dumber To, Hell & Back, Just Before I Go and Dragula. His past TV credits include appearances in Coogan Auto, NTSF:SD:SUV, Modern Family, Wilfred, Children's Hospital, New Girl, 30 Rock, American Dad! and more.
