Regina Hall Pitches Drew Barrymore a 'Charlie's Angels' Reboot
Hall also shared a song she wrote about turning 50.
Regina Hall raised the idea of teaming up with Drew Barrymore for a 'Charlie's Angels' reboot during a sit-down on THE Drew Barrymore SHOW. The conversation covered several personal topics before landing on the pitch, with Hall making clear she would be game to join Barrymore in a new version of the franchise.
Much of the interview centered on lighter personal territory, including Hall's hilarious song about turning 50 and revealing that she wanted to be a Playboy Bunny as a child. Barrymore drew out both stories across the chat, giving Hall room to move between comedy and candid reflection.
The 'Charlie's Angels' idea gave the segment its most notable moment, with Hall's on-air suggestion turning the conversation into a playful pitch for a potential project involving the two.
Hall's turning-50 song added an unscripted, musical beat to the interview, giving viewers a glimpse of her comedic songwriting alongside the more personal admissions about her childhood ambitions.
