Producer and environmental advocate Antonio Saillant, whose is known as the Renaissance man due to his many talents, has joined forces with many sustainable businesses to launch a campaign for clean energy entitled Green360.

The campaign will be aimed in helping Planet Greenfest, which is a film festival directed towards the making of short films 100% sustainable, in hopes to teach the Global audience THE ART OF being sustainable. Sending a green message around the world though THE ART OF film and television.

In addition, its sole mission for Green360 is to surround itself with sustainable members that come from a spectrum of professional fields and industries - entertainment, technology, food, automotive, fashion and more - coming from countries all over the world not just the United States.

Antonio Saillant, and his friend and mentor, Ron Kamen are committed to making the movie business sustainable and are working towards a greener world through clean, green and sustainable energy in the energy hungry movie industry.

Antonio's mentor, Earthkind Energy & E2's Ron Kamen launched Clean Jobs NY report, NY Clean Power campaign on May 2, 2016 - Kamen was joined by fellow E2 members, clean energy advocates from across the state, and actor/clean energy advocate Mark Ruffalo. E2's Clean Jobs NY report tallied more than 85,000 clean energy jobs statewide.

Actor, director, and New Yorkers for Clean Power Advisory Board member Mark Ruffalo, said, "It's time that we aggressively transition to clean renewable energy and create permanent good-paying jobs for New Yorkers across this great state. New York State is already leading the way on the clean energy revolution with over 85,000 jobs. Now with increased solar, wind, energy efficiency, clean transportation options through New York State's existing innovative programs, we can bring more jobs and prosperity to every community in the state while protecting the local environment and our global climate. I'm proud to be a part of the the New Yorkers for Clean Power campaign to quickly grow the clean energy economy across the state."

NY Clean Power campaign focuses on education, organizing, and advocacy to engage the public, local governments, and businesses to advance a range of renewable energy, efficiency, and clean transportation options and to advance and expand New York's clean energy policies.

Antonio loves the NY Clean Power campaign idea and supports it very positive but said, "I believe this is not just about uniting our 50 States to develop a Green America, this is about uniting the whole world to take responsibility to continue the commitment to reduce the impact on climate change and the environment in order to make our planet safe again." Antonio would like to position Green360 to become leaders in tomorrow's low-carbon economy.

He adds: "As one of the most outspoken 'green' professionals in New York City and Hollywood, I am proactive in the area of energy conservation and in helping television and movie industry colleagues push their [green] initiatives forward...In the past decade, I've combined my knowledge of the energy business with the entertainment industry in hope of contributing to a green planet." The pursuit of sustainability within the entertainment business or any business and community outreach are more than just good deeds-they're smart ways to grow YOUR BUSINESS and the economy. Antonio expresses his vision and passion for creating energy efficiency in movies and television. Antonio says, "The motion picture industry is such a large user of electricity for its sound stage shooting and diesel fuel for its location filming [that it is a clear target for energy conservation.]"

Antonio shares New York Governor Cuomo's passion for "going green," specifically embracing solar energy and praised by solar advocates like friend and mentor of Antonio's, EarthKind Energy CEO and E2 Chapter Director, Ron Kamen. Antonio has known Kamen since they both worked as project engineers for the World Bank in DC in the 1990's and terms him one of his mentors. Antonio with perhaps undue modesty attributes much of his success to these friends and mentors, and particularly to Ron Kamen (energy) and Ted Kotcheff (film).

Ted Kotcheff - Canadian film and television director producer giant, from "old Hollywood" became a close friend and mentor of Saillant's. Kotcheff directed U.S. films throughout the 1970?s and 1980?s such as First Blood in 1982, starring Sylvester Stallone. In the 1990?s, Kotcheff returned to directing television series such as NBC's notable "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" where he is finished thirteen seasons as Director and Executive Producer. Antonio worked on varied film projects, learning the nuts and bolts of production. He spent several years shadowing his dear friend Ted Kotcheff. This experience gave Antonio the inspiration to work as an independent filmmaker along side of directors such as; Sidney Pollack, David Platt, and Peter Leto.

Upcoming projects from Antonio include a sports drama entitled, The Golden Knights, development of a television talk web series, Rock It Green and a Global Green Film Festival, Planet Greenfest, all will be produced 100% sustainable using the latest green technologies.

Antonio's journey is to unite the world with Green360. Creating Green jobs globally will rid of poverty and increase our economy worldwide. In 1963, President John F. KENNEDY said, "Our problems are man-made, therefore they may be solved by man."

Antonio says, "Everybody wanted to get into the act. Energy conservation is the name of the game. Riding that wave." Antonio was an energy consultant to corporate giants such as Con Edison and pharmacological companies for many years. He commented that implementing conservation in the US was difficult because Americans are really not accustomed - in fact are really resistant- to being energy efficient- to just turning off that light.

Austin Kasso Founder, Executive Director of Red Giant Union has come on board as Director for the Midwest for Green360. Passionate about sustainable economics led him to opening his nonprofit Red Giant Union, to build towards his vision of an abundance and variety of locally grown produce. Check him out. In addition to encouraging New York State to follow the "green path," Antonio maintains that going green should support new jobs in film and TV. Antonio stated that Green360's website will provide information on "Being Green" through its affiliate Planet Greenfest. "Filled with ideas, we help large to small independent filmmakers with information about how to be green and using green products and services for their businesses. These types of changes within the movie business will attract wide attention... and [be] replicated in other business and industries. Let's aim high by partnering with simpatico film and television professionals to LEVERAGE the right resources and partners necessary to make use of sustainable practices."
