The premiere of BIG BROTHER was Wednesday's #1 program in viewers, adults 18-49, adults 25-54 and adults 18-34, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for June 24.

At 8:00 PM, the premiere of BIG BROTHER WEDNESDAY was first in viewers (6.83m), adults 25-54 (2.4/08), adults 18-49 (2.0/08) and adults 18-34 (1.5/07).

BIG BROTHER delivered its largest audience for a premiere since July 12, 2012.

BIG BROTHER follows a group of people living together in a house outfitted with dozens of high-definition cameras and microphones recording their every move, 24 hours a day. Each week, the Houseguests will vote someone out of the house. At the end, the last remaining Houseguest will receive the grand prize of $500,000.

The show began its 17th season Wednesday, June 24 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Second episode airs Thursday, June 25 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT)
