Perez Hilton and Rex Lee to Appear Alongside Lindsay Lohan on GLEE, 5/15

According to a report by E!, blogger Perez Hilton and Rex Lee (Entourage and Suburgatory) will join previously announced GLEE guest star Lindsay Lohan on the Nationals competition judge panel, in a GLEE episode to air May 15.
