The digital pre-show, hosted by PEOPLE Now's Jeremy Parsons and Andrea Boehlke, PEOPLE executive editor Cynthia Sanz, and ACM Award® nominee Michael Ray, will begin at 6:30pm ET/3:30pm PT LIVE FROM THE RED CARPET at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 7, 2019.
