AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR & 'The Night Shift" Sweep thier time slots among the Big 4 in every key category.

Wednesday Primetime Results:

NBC wins Wednesday night among the Big 4 in every key measure, as debuts of "American Ninja Warrior" and "The Night Shift" sweep six of six half-hours among the Big 4 in adults 18-49.

The season premiere of "American Ninja Warrior" (1.7/7 in 18-49, 6.3 million viewers overall from 8-10 p.m. ET):

· Is the #1 show of the night on the Big 4 networks in every key measure (adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, plus total viewers).

· Despite this summer's move to Wednesday for its first two weeks, retains 94% of last summer's premiere in 18-49 (1.7 vs. 1.8 from 8-10:01 p.m. on Monday, May 25, 2015) and grows +7% in total viewers (6.268 million vs. 5.865 million).

· It's the most-watched "Ninja" season premiere ever.

The third season debut of "The Night Shift" (1.1/4 in 18-49, 4.9 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):

· Wins the time period among ABC, CBS and NBC in every key category.

· Ties as the #2 telecast of the night on the Big 4 networks in 18-49, with Fox's debut of "MasterChef" (1.1) and behind only "Ninja."

· Finishes within 8% of where the show left off with its second-season finale (1.1 vs. 1.2 on Monday, May 18, 2015, with a "Voice" lead-in) and within 6% of last year's finale in total viewers (4.893 million vs. 5.204 million).

· Finishes within 11% of last season's premiere in total viewers (4.893 million vs. 5.523 million at 10 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 23, 2015) and note that the year-ago debut benefited from a "Voice" lead-in and aired during the February sweep. That February premiere earned a 1.5 in 18-49

In Late-Night Metered Markets Wednesday Night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.0/5 with an encore telecast; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 1.6/4 with an encore; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.6/4 with an encore.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.6/3 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.4/2 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.4/2 with an encore.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.0/3 in metered-market households and a 0.2/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (0.9/3 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (0.8/3 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.3/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/2 with an encore).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.6/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
