Martin Short to Co-Host ABC's LIVE! WITH KELLY, 3/8 & 9

Syndicated morning show "LIVE! WITH KELLY" announced the lineup of co-hosts who will join host Kelly Ripa during the week of March 5-9, 2012. Among the week's co-hosts will be Broadway veteran Martin Short.

Short made his Broadway debut in 1993's THE GOODBYE GIRL, co-starring Bernadette Peters. He returned to Broadway in 1998's LITTLE ME and 2006's Martin Short: FAME BECOMES ME. The actor is best known for his work in comedy, appearing on Saturday Night Live as well as a myriad of blockbuster films and comedy specials. Short will serve as co-host on the morning show on March 8th and 9th.

Other co-hosts and guests joining Kelly Ripa for the week of March 5th are as follows:

March 5, 2012 - Multi-platinum recording artist and TV personality Nick Lachey.

March 6, 2012 - Nick Lachey returns for a second day with Kelly. They'll sit down with the star of "Happily Divorced," actress Fran Drescher.

March 7, 2012 - NY1 news anchor PAT KIERNAN makes his guest co-host debut. Kelly and Pat will speak with acclaimed actor Willem Dafoe.

March 8, 2012 - Actor Ewan McGregor will be Ripa and Short's guest.

March 9, 2012 - Short and Ripa welcome Academy Award(R) winner Kathy Bates. Plus, Nickelodeon's boy band, Big Time Rush, performs.
