Martin Sheen Joins FX's 'Anger Management'
According to TVGuide.com, Charlie Sheen told Access Hollywood that his real life dad, Martin Sheen will play his dad on the new FX series, 'Anger Management' premiering on June 26.
The comedy stars Charlie Sheen as Charlie Goodson. The character is described as "an ex-baseball player-turned-therapist." Charlie's therapist will be played by Selma Blair and Shawnee Smith has signed on to portray his ex-wife.
Martin Sheen has been seen on Broadway in The Crucible, Death of a Salesmen, The Subject Was Roses, and Never Live Over a Pretzel Factory. His Off-Broadway credits include Julius Caesar,Hello and Goodbye, Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, and The Wicked Cooks. He is an Emmy and Golden Globe Award winner and has done extensive work in television and film.
