CBS Interactive Music Group's award-winning concert webcast series, LIVE ON LETTERMAN, presented by AT&T, will showcase GRAMMY® Award-winning quintet Maroon 5 in a live webcast concert from the world-famous Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City, available on CBS.com and VEVO, tonight, June 26 (8:00 PM, ET/5:00 PM, PT).

Maroon 5 will play songs from their four albums, including Overexposed, which will be released the same day as the webcast. The LIVE ON LETTERMAN franchise, which has surpassed 110 million views to date on CBS.com and VEVO, has hosted some of the most established bands and musicians across the globe in an intimate and dynamic setting for worldwide followers to enjoy.

Fans can watch Maroon 5's webcast live or on-demand at http://www.cbs.com/late_night/liveonletterman/. Additionally, the show is available live and on-demand through CBS properties, broadcast on select CBS RADIO stations, viewable live on CBS's JumboTron in Times Square, as well as via a live audio stream on Radio.com's mobile applications. The webcasts are also offered on VEVO, the world's leading all-premium music video and entertainment platform, through VEVO s website and most mobile apps, with on-demand performances available across the entire VEVO platform including VEVO.com, mobile and connected devices and syndication partners.

Maroon 5 is led by singer and guitarist Adam Levine, guitarist James Valentine, bassist Mickey Madden, drummer Matt Flynn and keyboardist PJ Morton. The band captured their first of three GRAMMY Awards and eight nominations as "Best New Artist" of 2005 and have gone on to sell more than 17 million albums worldwide, going gold and platinum in over 35 countries. The band won over fans and critics alike with the hybrid rock/R&B sound they introduced on their debut album Songs About Jane, their double-platinum album It Won't Be Soon Before Long, and their most recent 2010 platinum studio album Hands All Over.

Following up on their past success, Maroon 5 recorded Overexposed in Los Angeles over the last year. The album, executive produced by Max Martin with additional tracks produced by Benny Blanco and Ryan Tedder, is a rich, pop-infused collection introducing 10 new tracks, including the album's first single "Payphone," featuring Wiz Khalifa, which is already climbing the charts.

Maroon 5's LIVE ON LETTERMAN webcast will follow the taping of their performance on the LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN, which will be broadcast later that evening (11:35 PM-12:37 AM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
