By: Apr. 21, 2016

In a new interview with ET, Mark-Paul Gosselaar spoke about the possibility of a remake of SAVED BY THE BELL, the coming-of-age television tween hit series of the 1990's.

Last year, Gosselaar and several of his Saved by the Bell co-stars re-teamed on Jimmy Fallon for a brief walk down memory lane, sparking rumors that a remake of the series could be in the works. The actors shares that shooting the sketch was a lot of fun and that he "wouldn't be opposed" to doing more of the same. "I'd totally be into that," he said. Watch the skit below:

"I don't know if I would necessarily do a Fuller House-type of thing," he says. "To do a full show, I don't know if that's something that any of us would really want to be a part of. I could be wrong, but we haven't ever been approached with scripts or material, so I don't know."
