The New York Post reports exclusively that Lea Michele has just signed a contract with L'Oréal and will be named the new face of the cosmetics company later this month. The Broadway vet follows an impressive list of famous celebrities who have taken on the title including Eva Longoria, Beyoncé and Jennifer Lopez.

The GLEE star recently spoke to Allure magazine about her definition of beauty commenting,  "When I was 15 . . . a manager said, 'You have to get a nose job in order for me to work with you.' My mother would say to me, 'Barbra Streisand never got a nose job. You're not getting a nose job.' "

Michele stars in the FOX musical drama series GLEE as Rachel Berry. Her Broadway credits include Ragtime, Les Misérables and Fiddler on the Roof. In 2007 she originated the role of Wendla for the Broadway opening of the musical Spring Awakening.
