OWN announces its August 2015 Highlights! CONTINUING SERIES (P) Denotes: Premieres (F) Denotes: Finales

LIVIN' LOZADA
Saturdays (9 p.m. - 10 p.m. ET/PT)
"Livin' Lozada" follows the lives of Evelyn Lozada, of "Basketball Wives" fame, and her 21-year-old daughter Shaniece. Evelyn has moved on from the heartache of her highly publicized divorce in a big way. She is engaged to big league baseball player Carl Crawford and the happy couple have a one-year-old son, Leo. Between learning to be a mom all over again, setting up a new home in Los Angeles for her and her family, working on getting the sequel to her first book published, and dealing with issues surrounding her family back East...Evelyn has a lot going on. Not to be outdone, her daughter Shaniece, has a blossoming modeling career and is working on starting her own bikini line, looking to her mom for advice which she (sometimes) takes. Each episode is filled with close friends and relatives in the ladies' lives who help round out a world filled with laughter, support and encouragement as we follow Shaniece carving out the new life before her and Evelyn moving on from her past and embracing the new life she has found.

(P) Saturday, August 1 (9 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. ET/PT) Episode: Healing Old Wounds
Evelyn starts to resolve her difficult past by taking self-defense classes and having a painful scar removed. Shaniece is finally reunited with her boyfriend, Zat, but begins to question their future together.

(P) Saturday, August 8 (9 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. ET/PT) Episode: Back to the Bronx
Evelyn's search for her grandfather takes her home to New York City when the results of the DNA test come in to determine whether the man in question is indeed her biological grandfather. Shaniece gets practice balancing her man, career and motherhood when she babysits Leo in Evelyn's absence.

Evelyn returns from New York, anxious to reunite with Leo and spend time with an old friend. Shaniece is forced to make tough decisions on her first swimwear line and begins to wonder if she may be in over her head.

Iyanla Vanzant ("Iyanla: Fix My Live") checks in on Evelyn to find out how she has evolved since their last meeting. Shaniece fears rejection as she meets with modeling agencies after being denied years ago.

Evelyn realizes she hasn't been spending enough quality time with Shaniece, so she decides to take her daughter on a girls trip to Santa Barbara. The fun and relaxation comes to a halt when Shaniece makes a jaw-dropping announcement.

FLEX & SHANICE
Saturdays (10 p.m. - 11 p.m. ET/PT)
"Flex & Shanice" follows the lives of husband and wife duo, actor Flex Alexander ("One on One"), pop singer Shanice ("I Love Your Smile") and their extended family all living together under one roof. From the outside looking in, Flex and Shanice are living the dream - they are beautiful celebrities with a long-standing marriage, gorgeous kids and a lovely home in suburbia. But what this fairytale couple has been hiding from the world is that they have been struggling financially for the past five years. So they moved their hilarious extended family in to help make ends meet, but nine people under one roof can add just as much stress as it relieves. While Flex hustles to support the family and kickstart his career, Shanice struggles to balance being a mom with her demanding new recording schedule. This family is just trying to hold it together for long enough to capture that one big break that could turn their luck around.

After Ruba's party is abruptly cut short, Flex and Shanice head back from Atlanta to get the house back in order. Meanwhile, Spirit tries to get in tune with a tuned-out Brooklyn, and Crystal's broken heart lands her in urgent care.

(P) Saturday, August 8(10 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. ET/PT) Episode: These Heels Were Made For Walking
Shanice's producer Mali Hunter attempts to give her a new look, while Flex's sexy calendar shoot threatens to get him in trouble. Meanwhile, Imani has questions following her sex ed class - much to Ruba's chagrin.

(P) Saturday, August 15 (10 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. ET/PT) Episode: Adventures in Mommysitting
Flex's mother visits, throwing a wrench in his Comic-Con plans. Mali works her magic and gets Shanice in the studio with Grammy-winning artist and producer Ne-Yo. Imani gets a makeover from a celebrity stylist on an episode of Ruba's web series, and the family has a special dinner guest.

(P) Saturday, August 22 (10 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. ET/PT) Episode: Back in the Fame Game
Shanice has a breakthrough with Mali and Needlz in the studio before rushing off to the premiere party for her adult onesie clothing line. Meanwhile, Flex and Crystal bump heads when Imani books herself a babysitting gig and emotions run high when Elijah is left home alone.

(F) Saturday, August 29 (10 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. ET/PT) Episode: There's a New Sheriff in Town
Flex's graphic novel party doesn't go quite as planned and Mali presents Shanice with a career offer she can't refuse. Meanwhile, Ruba finds out he has a brother and Flex thinks he has the upper hand with Crystal - but he's horribly mistaken.

THE HAVES AND THE HAVE NOTS
Tuesdays (9 p.m. - 10 p.m. ET/PT)
Starring John Schneider (Jim Cryer) and Tika Sumpter (Candace Young), OWN's highest-rated series from prolific writer, director, producer Tyler Perry, portrays the ongoing drama between the wealthy Cryer and Harrington families and the poor Young family.

(P) Tuesday, August 4 (9 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. ET/PT) Episode: Benny Does Battle
Benny (Tyler Lepley) roughs up Quincy (Medina Islam) and demands the whereabouts of his nephew, Quincy Jr. Meanwhile, Oscar (Philip Boyd) continues his romantic pursuit of Candace (Tika Sumpter), who is reluctant to be impressed.

(P) Tuesday, August 11 (9 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. ET/PT) Episode: Quincy Jr.
Hanna (Crystal Fox) is reunited with her missing grandson, Quincy Jr., but her happiness soon turns to heartbreak.

(P) Tuesday, August 18 (9 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. ET/PT) Episode: A Home for Q
Candace (Tika Sumpter) finds out that her mother, Hanna (Crystal Fox), is seeking custody of her son, Quincy Jr. The Cryer and Harrington families try to convince the District Attorney that Wyatt's (Aaron O'Connell) taped confession is a misunderstanding.

(P) Tuesday, August 25 (9 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. ET/PT) Episode: Candace's Closing
Candace (Tika Sumpter) purchases some property with the money she extorted from Jim Cryer (John Schneider). Dianna Whinchil (Ashley LeConte Campbell) interviews Jim on prime-time television.
