Breaking Glass Pictures has released the LGBT Christmas dramedy CHARLIE just in time for the holidays! The short film is NOW available exclusively on www.watchbgpfilms.com. Written and directed by the film's titular character, Shawn Ryan ("Bones", "America's Got Talent"), CHARLIE screened at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival where Shawn was nominated for the Emerging Filmmaker Award in The American Pavilion.

The film also stars Jim O' Heir ("Parks and Rec"), Mo Collins (MADtv), and Golden Globe Nominee Andrea Marcovicci.

Official Synopsis: CHARLIE is the story of a young man who goes mute after putting his abusive past behind him. When Charlie faints in front of the Sanderson family home on Christmas Eve, the Sanderson's decide to take him in as one of their own. Charlie begins to bloom in this loving environment where perfect strangers show him that actions truly speak louder than words.
