Kim Cattrall to Star in and Produce Canadian SENSITIVE SKIN Comedy Series

According to Deadline.com, Sex And The City's Kim Cattrall will collaborate with Canada's Movie Central and The Movie Network to revamp the 2005 British comedy series "Sensitive Skin" for a six-episode order, starring herself and Don McKellar of "Slings & Arrows". Cattrall was originally slated to star and produce an adaptation of the same series for HBO.

The story follows a woman (Cattrall) in the midst of a mid-life crisis. Bob Martin writes the adaptation and McKellar will direct all six episodes.

Producers include Rhombus Media and Baby Cow with Sundance Productions and Canada Media Fund. Executive producers include Cattrall, McKellar and Martin, as well as the original series creator Hugo Blick and Henry Normal.

Cattrall is well known for her role on HBO's Sex And The City. Cattrall has appeared on Broadway in Wild Honey and Private Lives. She will next take the stage in Sweet Bird of Youth on the West End in 2013.
