Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest Announce 'Live's Fired-Up Friday: Fan Foodie Face-Off' Cooking Contest

"Live with Kelly and Ryan" is heating up this summer with a fun, new cooking series. On today's show, hosts Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest announced "Live's Fired-Up Friday: Fan Foodie Face-Off," perfect for anyone who is a backyard grill master.

"Live" is looking for viewers who are expert at grilling a dish in one of three categories: burgers, skewers or tacos. To enter, each entrant should go to the show's website to submit their recipe along with a video about their dish that explains why it's such a hit with family and friends. Videos will be considered every week, starting today through August 6, 2018, at 3:00 p.m. EDT.

Each Friday throughout the summer, one lucky griller will be flown to New York City to appear on "Live" and show off their culinary skills in front of millions of viewers. After the contestant has cooked on "Live," viewers can visit "Live"'s social media platforms to vote for their favorite, starting Friday morning immediately after the show airs. The finalist in each category whose video has the most "Likes" on Instagram, "Likes" and "Shares" on Facebook, "hearts" on "Live"'s website, "Likes" on Youtube and retweets on Twitter will be named the winner.
