TVGuide.com reports that newswoman Katie Couric will soon be partnering with ABC News and Yahoo on a new weekly online web series entitled KATIE'S TAKE. The show is set to debut on May 1. Couric is also busy preparing for her upcoming talk show, KATIE which will premiere on the ABC network September 10th.

On KATIE'S TAKE, Couric will visit with experts on "topics and issues that matter most to her viewers" including such subjects as health, nutrition, parenting and wellness.

In October of 2011, Yahoo and ABC agreed on a partnership deal to share content. Yahoo articles will now be featured on the ABC News' website while Yahoo will air video from ABC news.

Katie Couric served as the anchor for NBC's 'Today' until her departure in 2006. From there, she anchored the CBS Evening News until last year. She has recently been seen as a special correspondent for ABC and had a guest-anchor stint on Good Morning America.
