KATIE Holds Strong Among Syndicated Talkies

Based on National ratings during the week of May 6, 2013, "Katie" ranked as TV's No. 1 new Syndicated talk show, leading runner-up "StEve Harvey" in Households (+7% - 1.6 rating vs. 1.5 rating) and Total Viewers (+3% - 2.083 million vs. 2.019 million). In fact, "Katie" has finished as the top-rated freshman talker in Homes in each week since its September debut.

"Katie" grew its overall audience by 2% week to week (2.083 million vs. 2.033 million).

Season to date, freshman "Katie" places in the top tier among the 18 Syndicated talk shows on the market this season in Households (No. 6 - 1.8 rating) and Total Viewers (No. 6 - 2.364 million). Overall "Katie" is the biggest freshman Syndicated talker in 3 years - since "Dr. Oz" in 2009.

"Katie" is executive-produced by Katie Couric and Michael Morrison and is distributed by Disney-ABC Domestic Television. Co-executive producers are Kathy Samuels, Matt Strauss and Ethan Nelson and the program is directed by Joseph Terry.
