Off Broadway Actress Juliette Fairley, best known for her work in the Charles Burnett-directed solo show Mulatto Saga, joins the Hollywood A-List cast of the feature film Art's Demise, starring veteran film and television actors Jared and Jamie Harris. Harris, who recently wrapped the role of Professor Moriaty in Warner Bros' Sherlock Holmes 2: A Game of Shadows, will play Cosmo while his younger brother Jamie Harris, who will play the role of Bobby in the film, can be seen playing Popeye in the currently running Columbia Pictures feature film Green Hornet starring Cameron Diaz and Seth Rogen.

"Landing a role in Art's Demise is a major breakthrough into the mainstream," said Fairley who will play a supporting role in the film. "This role represents a new chapter in my artistic life as an actress. All of the hard work I did in my Mulatto Saga solo show is paying off!"
Directed by Manhattan-based helmer Michael Narvaez, Art's Demise is about a group of life long trained artist friends seeking substance in a materialistic, decadent society that submerges true artistic talent in favor of pop culture. Also joining the cast of Art's Demise are Michael Madsen, known for his role in Reservoir Dogs and Kill Bill, as well as Harry Dean Stanton and Piper Laurie. Of Puerto Rican descent, Art's Demise scribe and helmer Narvaez is a member of the National Association of Independent Latino Producers. The film begins production in April.
