In an interview with E!'s Marc Malkin, AMERICAN IDOL judge Jennifer Lopez hints that this year's judging stint on the FOX singing competition could be her last. The actress/singer, who was just named one of the most powerful celebrities by Forbes magazine, reveals that her days on Idol are numbered. Says a source close to Lopez, "She's just too busy."

Lopez is set to kick off a summer concert tour with Enrique Iglesias that will take her throughout Latin America and the U.S. The tour will launch worldwide this fall and will last through the end of 2012. The upcoming auditions for the next season of Idol will take place while Lopez is still on the overseas leg of the tour.

In the interview, the singer shared that she would like to spend more time with her children. "It is just like any working mom's dilemma," Lopez told E! at the premiere of her new film 'What to Expect When You're Expecting'. "It's tough. It's a balancing act. You put them first and then you have all these other things that you have to do, that you have to give your time to as well, and you have to make sure that they're OK in the process."

Fox has not commented on Lopez's future with Idol, but a source close to the show tells E! News that "Fox does not want to let her go. They love her." This season of Idol is the second for Lopez whose Season 1 salary of $12 million jumped to a mind boggling $20 million this season.
