For more than a decade, the House Hunters franchise - House Hunters and House Hunter International - has remained a ratings powerhouse for HGTV. HOUSE HUNTERS INTERNATIONAL, which premiered in February 2006, aired its 500th episode on HGTV last night, June 19th at 10:30pm ET/PT.

In this milestone episode, viewers enjoyed the vicarious and entertaining experience of choosing a home in Marseille as they followed Annie and Blake on their quest to move their family to the south of France. She wants to start a home business, he wants to write a book, and they both want more time together with their three kids. After mulling it over for a year, they ultimately decided that the answer to all of their dreams can be found in Marseille. They just need to keep to firm budget as they'll be living on savings until Annie can get her home business up and running.

Over the years, both series have consistently ranked among the top 10 programs on the network. On average, more than 25 million viewers watch House Hunters and House Hunters International each month.
