As first reported on Deadline.com, actress Goldie Hawn will no longer be starring in the upcoming HBO comedy pilot THE VIAGRA DIARIES. The project was to mark the Oscar-winning actress' first return to TV in over a decade.

According to the report, the actress and the cable network have come to a mutual agreement to end their relationship on the upcoming pilot, which comes from 'Sex and the City' creator and executive producer Darren Star. VIAGRA DIARIES is based on Barbara Rose Brooker's book by the same title and tells the story of Claire, who suddenly finds herself alone after her husband of 35 years leaves her amid his mid-life crisis.

Rumors have circulated that Hawn was having conflicts with others involved in the project and the casting process. Wendi McLendon-Covey (Bridesmaids) is currently the only other actor confirmed for the cast.

HBO plans to go ahead with producing the upcoming pilot.
