Giuliana & Bill Rancic Welcomes Baby Boy

ETonline reports that Bill and Giuliana Rancic welcomed their son, Edward Duke Rancic last night via a gestational carrier who gave birth at a Denver hospital. Gushed Giuliana, "Bill and I are blessed beyond words to welcome Edward into our lives. Thank you so much to everyone who supported us along the way. We are so in love with the little guy already!"

The couple was present in the delivery room during the baby's birth. According to the report, Bill cut the cord while Giuliana had the honor of being the first to hold their son. Edward weighed in at 7 pounds, 4 ounces and is doing "incredibly well."

Giuliana Rancic learned she had breast cancer last October while she was preparing to undergo fertility treatments. Last spring, the couple announced on NBC Today that they would be welcoming a child through a gestational carrier. "It was pretty much one of the best moments of my life, if not the best moment of my life," Giuliana told Ann Curry about learning that one of the embryos they had banked prior to her cancer diagnosis had resulted in a pregnancy. "It was just another world, on another level."

Giuliana co-hosts "Fashion Police" on E! and also shares a reality show with husband Bill, "Giuliana & Bill" on Style Network. Style has released the following statement regarding the arrival of Giuliana and Bill's baby:
