Gronau Germany will be host to the "Germany after Dark" Film Festival. The dates for the festival are October 31st - Nov. 8th, 2013 and will be screened at Cinetech Erlebniskino Gronau. Cynthia Morrison an American living in Florida, is rather excited that her film "Jack, a Ripper Tale" is an official selection for the festival!

"for as long as I can remember I have wanted to create a work that emphasised the World's first serial killer. But wanted to add my artistic signature to it. I am very pleased with the final product of "JACK, a Ripper Tale" and the actors I worked with on this project. The most difficult challenge of this production was the outside shots. It was a hair pulling process sometimes to avoid Florida foliage when attempting to create Victorian London. Palm trees everywhere." said Morrison. She is a graduate of the Burt Reynolds Institute in Jupiter Florida. Her stage play "Peppered Precinct" recently won second prize in a national play competition and appeared at a theatre in Washington DC.

Morrison is also a Gothic author and her work is being released also in October inside the Book "Scary Story an Anthology" available through Amazon.com. She has visited Germany several times holding fond memories of those journeys.
