Milwaukee-born, Brooklyn-based indie electro-funk duo French Horn Rebellion is comprised of siblings Robert Perlick-Molinari, former member of the Chicago Civic Orchestra, DJ and indie remixer du jour (Beyoncé, Sia) and David Perlick-Molinari, producer of MGMT and owner of Brooklyn studio YouTooCanWoo. The band's new album Classically Trained is due out October 14 via Ensemble Records. Their self-produced full length boasts multi-layered pop choruses, funky bass lines, 'yacht rawk' inspiration and irresistible synth riffs and follows 2015's acclaimed Foolin Around EP. Today, they share new album track "Way Out" which follows "Life Choices (w/ LEFTI)", the duo's first original collaboration with NY's nu-disco darling LEFTI (aka Alex Suarez, ex-Cobra Starship).

Boasting beautifully atmospheric moments amidst lilting disco grooves, "Way Out" premiered with Big Shot and is available to post/share via Soundcloud HERE.

The duo combine their talents and vision to make a truly distinct and modern brand of indie-funk with a reverent pop twist. Classically Trained includes Vimeo Staff Pick Top 10 video "Foolin' Around" , along with this summer's Hype Machine staple, "Day by Day" and fan favorite "Classical Baby". Fans in Los Angeles and New York City will have a chance to experience the band's charming funk-pop extravaganza next month.
