Freeform Releases its New Lineup of TV and Movie Offerings for August 2018

Freeform announces its programming schedule for August 2018, which includes the season two premiere of the FreeForm comedy "Alone Together" and the summer finales of the critically acclaimed series "Marvel's Cloak & Dagger" and "The Bold Type."

Hit Hulu Original series "Marvel's Runaways" will also air an encore presentation of its first season premiere on Thursday, August 2, following the season finale of "Marvel's Cloak & Dagger."

Additional programming arriving to FreeForm this month includes the FreeForm premieres of Disney's "Cinderella" (2015), "Daddy Day Care," and "The Bourne Ultimatum."

August 7 (8:00 - 9:01 p.m. EDT) - Episode #2010 "We'll Always Have Paris"

Sutton's professional dreams come true when she jets off to Paris for Fashion Week, but while there she gains a new perspective on her situation. Jane moves forward with her fertility plan until she learns surprising news about her options and is faced with Ben and Pinstripe's different solutions. Kat faces pressure from Jacqueline to make their Paris party a success while attempting to reset her relationship with Adena.

August 1 (8:00- 8:31 p.m. EDT) - Episode #2001 "Crypto"

Benji wonders if he's too much of a pushover when Dean scolds him for letting a stranger into their house. Meanwhile, Esther discovers a Bitcoin windfall but has to seduce an ex-boyfriend to recover her Bitcoin password.

August 1 (8:31- 9:02 p.m. EDT) - Episode #2005 "Pootie"

Esther gets a big break with her new job at a 50's-themed diner, while Benji has a confrontation with a store owner that ends with a retaliation that goes viral. Guest Starring Nikki Glaser.

August 8 (8:00- 8:31 p.m. EDT) - Episode #2004 "Nurse Esther"

When Dean gets in an accident that leaves him incapacitated, Esther takes the opportunity to nurse him back to health. Meanwhile, Benji tries to step up and help Dean at work.

August 8 (8:31- 9:02 p.m. EDT) - Episode #2006 "Murder House"

Dean tasks Benji with selling a house where a murder took place, while Esther uses the real estate to capitalize on people's obsession with murder tours.

August 15 (8:00- 8:31 p.m. EDT) - Episode #2003 "Daypassers"

Benji and Esther steal a day pass from Dean and gain access to an exclusive upscale gym. Esther meets a poised and successful woman named Nora who inspires her to join her club, while Dean is excited by Benji's sudden fitness enthusiasm and takes him under his wing. Guest Starring Natasha Leggero, Vincent Rodriguez III.

August 15 (8:31- 9:02 p.m. EDT) - Episode #2002 "Drama Story"

Benji is asked to supervise rehearsals for his former high school's play, but realizes that he hasn't outgrown high school when he comes across a bully. Esther tags along in the hopes of inspiring some drama kids.

August 22 (8:00- 8:31 p.m. EDT) - Episode #2008 "Mom"

Esther's mom pays a surprise visit because she's concerned about Esther's life choices. Meanwhile, Benji tries to make some new Goth friends that end up being a little too risqué for his taste. Guest Starring Fran Drescher, Hana Mae Lee.

Esther and Benji get their first writing room gig on the Dog Awards. Benji thinks it will be his launching pad for success, while Esther hopes to use the platform to raise dog
