Fox's new show, "Jack and Dan" will star Bradley Whitford of Broadway's BOEING BOEING. "Jack and Dan" will feature a pairing of cops, the straight-laced Matt Nix and his unrestrained partner (Whitford).

Bradley Whitford returns to the New York stage where he began his career off-Broadway at MTC and Lincoln Center and on Broadway in A Few Good Men. For his TV work, he won an Emmy Award and shared two SAG Awards for his portrayal of presidential aide Josh Lyman in the landmark series "The West Wing." He most recently starred in Aaron Sorkin's acclaimed follow up series "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip."

Whitford starred on Broadway in Boeing Boeing and A Few Good Men. He rose to television fame as Deputy Chief of Staff Josh Lyman on the NBC television drama The West Wing, which he began with the show's premiere in 1999. For that role, he won an Emmy in 2001 for Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series. Whitford also wrote two episodes of the series ("Faith Based Initiative" in the sixth season and "Internal Displacement" in the seventh). Since The West Wing ended in May 2006, Whitford has appeared in West Wing creator Aaron Sorkin's later series Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip playing the role of Danny Tripp. He also appeared in the British drama Burn Up on the BBC in July 2008.
